Korethi is operated by KnightByrd Tech LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Who We Are
Korethi (korethi.com) is an adaptive K–12 learning platform designed to support children of all ages, including those with learning differences. We are operated by KnightByrd Tech LLC, based in South Carolina.

2. Information We Collect
From Parents and Guardians:
- Name and email address
- Billing and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers)
- Account credentials
About Children (entered by parents/guardians):
- Child’s first name and age or grade level
- Learning assessments and progress data
- Subject preferences and learning pathway activity
- Any learning differences noted by the parent (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, ASD)
We do not collect information directly from children. All child profile data is entered by a verified parent or guardian.
3. Children’s Privacy — COPPA Compliance
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent.
- All child accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian
- Parents may review, update, or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us at hello@korethi.com
- We do not sell, share, or disclose children’s personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes
- We do not allow children to make purchases — all billing is handled through the parent or guardian account
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without proper parental consent, please contact us immediately at hello@korethi.com and we will delete it promptly.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Personalize the learning experience for each child
- Process subscription payments
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account updates, learning reports)
- Improve our platform and curriculum
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your data or your child’s data to any third party.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Korethi:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Amazon SES / Resend — transactional email delivery
- Hostinger — web hosting and domain services
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.
6. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL)
- Secure payment processing through Stripe (we never store payment card data)
- Access controls limiting who can view user data
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and learning data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request to hello@korethi.com, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
We retain child data only as long as necessary to provide educational services. Parents may request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting hello@korethi.com.
Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before permanent deletion.
8. Parental Rights
As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about your child
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your child’s account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for future data collection

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email if the changes are material.
